During the years, I’ve interviewed and hired thousands of people around the world. And I’ve designed hiring processes, implemented ATS, trained hiring managers, and helped departing employees find new jobs after redundancy.

When life threw me a curve ball a few years ago that landed me at a crossroads of having to decide whether to continue on the career path I was on, I decided it was time to make good use of all this knowledge.
